Growth and Characterization of Potassium Aluminium Sulphate Dodecahydrate Single Crystals

Single crystals of Potassium aluminium sulphate dodecahydrate with very high transparency were grown form aqueous solution by slow evaporation technique. Single crystals X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the crystal belongs to cubic system with the space group Pa3. The dielectric studies were carried at room temperature. The spectra analysis and conductivity studies were carried out for single crystals.
